Who manages construction?
Construction is managed internally through MOVA Home, Arango Construction's building division ensuring full control over quality, costs, and scheduling.
What happens when a project is completed?
Once the property is sold and the project is closed, investors receive a final performance summary and a capital reconciliation report from Arango Construction.
What types of projects are available?
We develop residential properties in high growth markets, including single family homes, townhomes, multifamily, and land flipping both HOA and non HOA communities.
How involved do investors need to be?
Not at all. Arango Construction manages all operational aspects. Investors receive quarterly reports and can request updates anytime through our Investor Relations team.
How are projects selected?
Every project goes through a rigorous internal evaluation based on local demand trends, technical feasibility, cost analysis, and market absorption data. Only projects that meet our internal profitability and execution standards move forward.
